Puerto Rico Contractor Begins Recycling Excess Water Bottles

CEIBA, Puerto Rico, Dec. 4, 2018—Contractor begins safely disposing 20 million liters of surplus water that FEMA brought to Puerto Rico during the response to hurricanes Irma and Maria.
