Founder and President of Conch Republic Marine Army, Brian Vest (L), prepares with Maggie Howes (R) to send volunteers into the bay to collect trash from the water and shoreline in Grassy Key, Florida. This newly created non-profit organization was formed after Hurricane Irma to provide the clean-up service for their community, which has removed 100 tons of storm related debris by hand.
