Rainbow City, Ala., May 14, 2018 - Tom McCool (left), thanks Rainbow City Police Chief Jonathan Horton (right), for his support during the opening of the Etowah county Disaster Recovery Center at the Rainbow City Recreation Center, as State EMA Division Coordinator Ricky Little (center) and SCO Brett Howard look on.
