UTUADO, Puerto Rico, April 26, 2018– USDA Soil Scientist, Joxelle Velázquez, studies the type of landslide found near a damaged infrastructure on road PR-140. After Hurricane Maria the Dos Bocas Watershed, the main source of water for the metropolitan area, experienced many landslides.
