San Juan, Puerto Rico, March 6, 2018 — Sea urchin surrounded by sand and debris sits on the historic San Felipe del Morro Walkway. The powerful waves that hit the east coast of Puerto Rico were strong enough to carry sea-floor animals to the historic walkway, such as sea urchins, starfish, hermit crabs, corals and several fish.  FEMA/Andrea Bajandas
