|Information Bulletin No. 341: Federal Emergency Management Agency's Assessment of Fiscal Year 2008 Disbursements|
In Fiscal Year (FY) 2009, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) completed its assessment of FY 2008 disbursements, as required by the Improper Payments Information Act of 2002 (P.L. 107–300). In accordance with guidance prescribed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), the head of each agency must annually review all programs and activities that it administers and identify all such programs and activities that may be susceptible to significant erroneous payments.
|Information Bulletin No. 343: Interim Guidance for Ports, Facilities and Vessels on Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Projects Funded through the Port Security Grant Program (PSGP) and the Transit Security Grant Program (TSGP)|
This Information Bulletin (IB) provides guidance to Port Security Grant Program (PSGP) and Transit Security Grant Program (TSGP) grantees and sub-grantees that have received funding for the installation and operation of TWIC readers, networks, and support systems in their port area(s), facility(ies), and vessel(s).

|Information Bulletin No. 345: Grant Programs Directorate Programmatic Environmental Assessment|
This Information Bulletin (IB) is intended to provide grantees with information concerning the recently finalized Grant Programs Directorate’s (GPD) Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA), and its impact on Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) compliance requirements. This IB augments IB #329 and provides further guidance on the GPD EHP review process.
|Information Bulletin No. 346: Port Security Grant Program Allowable Costs for Seafarers and Shore Staff/Support|
Effective immediately, funds for Fiscal Year (FY) 2007 Supplemental through FY 2010 Port Security Grant Program (PSGP) awards may be utilized to fund projects that will ensure the secure and safe transit of seafarers and shore staff/support [who are not eligible for a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)] to and from the vessel while at a Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) regulated facility.

On May 13, 2010, the Grant Programs Directorate announced final allocations under the Fiscal Year (FY) 2010 Port Security Grant Program (PSGP) in Information Bulletin (IB) No. 342. This IB updates several FY 2010 PSGP allocations for the All Other Port Areas group originally contained in IB No. 342.
