National Qualification System Implementation Objectives

FEMA is soliciting public feedback for the National Qualification System (NQS) Implementation Objectives. This National Engagement Period will conclude at 5:00 pm EDT on May 13, 2021. National engagement provides an opportunity for interested parties to comment on the draft implementation objectives, to ensure they are relevant for all implementing partners.

The NQS Implementation Objectives reflect the concepts and principles contained in the NQS doctrine and aim to promote consistency in NQS implementation nationwide.

To provide comments on the drafts, complete the feedback form below and submit the form to FEMA-NIMS@fema.dhs.gov.

FEMA will host two, 30-minute webinars to discuss the draft NQS Implementation Objectives and answer related questions. All webinars are open to the whole community. Advance registration is required and on a first-come, first-served basis:
