The Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) at Ranken Technical College in St.
Louis will close on Monday, November 7 at 5 p.m. NOVEMBER 7 IS ALSO
THE APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE for individuals in St.
Louis, St. Louis County and St. Charles County directly affected by
the July 25-28 storms and flooding.

In addition to applying for assistance at a DRC, there are several
ways for renters and homeowners who were affected by the July storms
and flooding to apply for FEMA disaster assistance before the November
7 deadline.

 	* Apply online at DisasterAssistance.gov

 	* Download and use the FEMA mobile app
[https://www.fema.gov/about/news-multimedia/mobile-products] to apply
 	* Call the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362 to apply

 	* If you use a relay service, such as video relay (VRS), captioned
telephone or other service, give FEMA the number for that service. The
Helpline is open seven days a week. Press 2 for Spanish or 3 for an
interpreter who speaks your language.

Free legal assistance is available to individuals in St. Louis, St.
Louis County and St. Charles County who need help with flood-related
issues, such as home repair contracts and insurance claims, landlord
issues and replacing legal documents.

 	* St. Louis area residents may call 800-829-4128 to leave a
message about legal issues arising from damage caused by the floods.
Include your name, phone number, and county of residence. Volunteer
