The Port Security Grant Program provides funding to state, local and private-sector partners to help protect critical port infrastructure from terrorism, enhance maritime domain awareness, improve port-wide maritime security risk management, and maintain or reestablish maritime security mitigation protocols that support port recovery and resiliency capabilities. This document outlines key changes for the fiscal year (FY) 2022 PSGP.
Key Changes
The National Priority Area of Enhancing the Protection of Soft Targets and Crowded Places has been added. There are now two National Priority Areas: Enhancing the Protection of Soft Targets and Crowded Places, and Enhancing Cybersecurity.
