Consolidated Appropriations Act: FY21 Farm & Food Worker Relief Grant Program (FFWR) (10.181) Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Marketing Service

Grants to State agencies, Tribal entities, and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations with experience in providing support or relief services to farmworkers or meatpacking workers.

Consolidated Appropriations Act: FY22 Tribal Seafood Pandemic Response and Safety Grant Program (TSPRS) (10.181) Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Marketing Service

Grants to seafood processors, including at-sea processors/dealers, owned & operated by Federally Recognized Tribes. Provides funds to respond to coronavirus, including for measures to protect workers. For expenses incurred 01/27/20 - 12/31/21.

For small businesses in certain commodity areas & to farmers markets. Small businesses including small scale specialty crop producers & processors, other select producers, meat & other processors, distributors, & farmers markets.

Consolidated Appropriations Act: FY21 Seafood Processors Pandemic Response & Safety (SPRS) Block Grant Program (10.181) Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Marketing Service

Grants to eligible state agencies & territories to support seafood processors, including at-sea processing vessels, to respond to coronavirus, including for measures to protect workers against COVID-19.

Consolidated Appropriations Act: FY21 Specialty Crop Block Grant Program (SCBGP) - Farm Bill (10.170) Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Marketing Service

The purpose of the Specialty Crop Block Grant Program (SCBGP) is to enhance the competitiveness of specialty crops. Specialty crops are defined as “fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, dried fruits, horticulture, and nursery crops (including floriculture).”

FFCR & CARES Act: FY20 Farmers to Families Food Box Program Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Marketing Service

USDA is exercising authority under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act to purchase and distribute up to $3 billion of agricultural products to those in need.

USDA will again purchase combination boxes to ensure all involved recipient organizations have access to fresh produce, dairy products, fluid milk and meat products, and seafood products will also be included in this round.

Use of coronavirus Supplemental funding for direct support to Farmers and Ranchers and support for distribution of perishable foods. (Produce, Dairy, Meat, etc.)

CARES Act: FY20-21 Child Nutrition Programs (10.553) Department of Agriculture - Food and Nutrition Service

For an additional amount for Child Nutrition Programs, $8,800,000,000 to remain available until September 30, 2021, to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus, domestically or internationally.

Funds to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus- including food distribution to Indian Reservations, facility and equipment upgrades.

Food for Indian reservation households, and to American Indian households residing in approved areas near reservations. Often a SNAP alternative for those without access to SNAP offices or authorized food stores.

The Emergency Rural Health Care program is designed to help broaden access to COVID-19 testing and vaccines, rural health care services, and food assistance through food banks and food distribution facilities.

CARES Act: FY20-24 Distance Learning, Telemedicine, & Broadband Program Department of Agriculture - Rural Utilities Service

Funds supporting Distance Learning, Telemedicine, and Broadband Program to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus, domestically or internationally, for telemedicine and distance learning services in rural areas.

American Rescue Plan: FY21 Statewide Planning, Research, & Networks (11.307) Department of Commerce - Economic Development Administration

Will help develop coordinated state-wide plans for economic development and data, tools, and institutional capacity to evaluate and scale evidence-based economic development efforts.

Assists communities and regions impacted by the coronavirus pandemic with economic development strategies by facilitating creation of regional growth clusters.
