Mr. Van Der Werff has previously served as the National Preparedness Division Director. He has also held roles in at the US Department of Agriculture and in the private sector. Mr. Van Der Werff holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska, a master’s degree in Management from Liberty University, and a Doctorate from Kansas State University.
