Interested persons are hereby notified that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)/Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing to assist in funding a project located in Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 and the implementing regulations of FEMA, an EA is being prepared to assess the potential impacts of each of the proposed alternatives on the human and natural environment.
Anyone interested in providing comment on the draft EA may respond as noted below before August 6, 2022. Be sure to provide your name and contact information along with your comments.
If no substantive comments are received, the draft EA will become final and be presented for signature to the signatory parties.
