Winter Weather

Large sections of the United States are affected by extreme cold, snow, ice and high winds. We are actively coordinating with states to address unmet needs.

We are ready to support multiple disasters and have already moved water, blankets, shelf-stable meals, generators and fuel to help states respond.

Within less than 24 hours of receiving Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s request for a major disaster declaration, President Biden approved the declaration allowing assistance for winter storm survivors.
