Indiana’s FEMA Integration Team Announced Today

CHICAGO –FEMA staff are now beginning to be assigned to Indiana’s emergency management agency, continuing the rollout of the FEMA Integration Team (FIT) program. As the third state nationwide to establish a FIT, FEMA and the Indiana Department of Homeland Security (IDHS) will be co-located in Indianapolis to allow for improved coordination of plans and actions and foster greater collaboration in preparing for future disasters.
