Who do I call if I have equipment or connectivity issues?


The Enterprise Service Help Desk will assist you at: FEMA-Enterprise-Service-Desk@dhs.gov or 888-HLP-FEMA. Upon issuance of equipment, all Reservists will receive a tri-fold brochure with basic connectivity instructions.
