  • The Nov. 30 deadline to apply for FEMA disaster assistance has passed, but help is still available. Applicants should stay in touch with FEMA to keep their recovery on track. Missing or incorrect information could result in delays in receiving assistance.
  • Survivors can stay in touch the following ways: Online at DisasterAssistance.gov; Downloading the FEMA app; or calling the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362 (TTY: 800-462-7585). Multilingual operators are available 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.
  • While the deadline to apply with FEMA has passed, late applications may be accepted on a case-by case basis.
  • 153 individuals and households have been approved for $520,470 in federal grants through FEMA’s Individuals and Households Program.
  • More than $2.4 million in U.S. Small Business Administration low-interest disaster loans have been approved for 35 homeowners and renters and two businesses.


Housing Assistance:

  • $372,154 in grants approved for housing repairs or replacement for 82 homeowners.
  • $148,316 in grants have been approved for personal property, transportation and other disaster-related serious needs for 121 applicants.
  • 681 home inspections have been issued with 98 percent completed.
