Subject matter experts will discuss simple, yet powerful practices that can help sustain the energy, focus and balance during times of extreme stress – to ensure a healthy gathering. Guest speakers include Tori Wynecoop from the National Center on Domestic Violence, Trauma, and Mental Health and Mary Schoenfeldt from Green Cross Academy of Traumatology. Learn simple, yet powerful, mindfulness practices that can help you take care of your mental health this holiday season!
