FEMA/Mission Support Hiring Event
FEMA/Mission Support is hiring full-time positions to support administrative, human capital, information technology and security positions. The duty stations for these positions will be Washington, DC or Winchester, VA, and the pay grades for positions will range from GS- 9 ($64,957) to GS-13 ($145,617).
This event will be by invite only on June 27, 2023, and open to transitioning active duty servicemembers, veterans and individuals with disabilities for appointment through the following special hiring authorities: Veteran Recruitment Appointment (VRA), 30% or More Disabled Veterans, and Schedule A.
Positions Available
Ideal candidates must be able to represent the Mission Support with integrity and compassion. They must also have customer service experience and strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated experience completing high quality work within assigned timeframes. The available positions are as follows:
- Management Analyst GS-12/13
- Program Analyst GS-12
- Human Resources Assistant GS-7/9
- Human Resources Specialist GS-11/12/13
- Information Technology Specialist GS-11/13
- Government Information Specialist GS-12
