Thurston County has applied for funding under FEMA’s Emergency Operations Center Grant Program for construction of an emergency operations center. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 and FEMA’s regulations for implementing NEPA at 44 CFR Part 10, an Environmental Assessment has been prepared to evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed project on the human and natural environment.
