FEMA proposes to provide funding to the Sedro-Woolley Fire Department under its Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program for construction of a new fire station. Funding would be provided as authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and FEMA’s NEPA implementing regulations at 44 Code of Federal Regulations Part 10, an Environmental Assessment has been prepared to evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed project in the environment.
