Re: Second Appeal California State University, Northridge, PA ID 000-92066 OIG Audit Findings, FEMA-1008-DR-CA
Dear Mr. Jacks:
This is to inform you of an amendment we are making to a second appeal determination that was made for the subject applicant on December 9, 2003. Since that date, an exchange of letters has occurred between this office and the applicant culminating in a meeting at the Disaster Field Office on April 15, 2004. As a result of that meeting we have reviewed the original appeal determination and have corrected our findings based on errors that were found in the determination. The enclosed letter to the applicant explains the details of the changes and the rationale behind them.
In accordance with my determination in that letter, the Acting Regional Director will be obligating additional funds for this applicant and will be in contact with your office to accomplish that. If you have any questions, please contact Nancy Ward at 510-627-7250.
Sincerely,
/S/
