The Pre-Disaster Mitigation (PDM) Grant Program is authorized by Section 203 of the Stafford Act. As a result of amendments by the Disaster Relief and Recovery Act of 2018, the Pre-Disaster Mitigation program is being replaced with the new Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) program.
Visit the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) page for information about the BRIC program, including how and when to apply for a BRIC funding.
