New Jersey survivors affected by the remnants of Hurricane Ida who lost vital documents such as birth and marriage certificates, Social Security cards or medical records can get replacements from the following contacts.
When applying with FEMA, you may have reported damage to your home. If so, a FEMA housing inspector may contact you and schedule an appointment to visit your house or apartment to assess the damage.
Homeowners and renters who have insurance and apply for disaster assistance with FEMA must file an insurance claim as soon as possible.
