Recovering from a disaster is usually a gradual process. FEMA and its partners continue to support survivors who live in Clarke, Dallas, Marengo, Mobile, Perry, Washington and Wilcox counties as you recover from Hurricane Zeta.
Disaster survivors affected by Hurricane Zeta may receive a letter from FEMA stating they are ineligible for assistance. This may not be the final word. Applicants who disagree with FEMA’s decision can file an appeal with FEMA.
To help communities recover from Hurricane Zeta, FEMA is working with state agencies and volunteer organizations to make sure survivors with disabilities and those with access and functional needs have equal access to disaster assistance programs.
