ATLANTA – It’s been one year since Hurricane Michael plowed across the Florida/Georgia state line as a Category 3 hurricane, toppling trees and powerlines all the way through the Carolinas.In that year, Georgia’s recovery has moved forward with more than $65.2 million distributed through federal programs to aid individuals and businesses.
