Help is Still Available: Los Angeles County Disaster Recovery Center to Close SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) serving Los Angeles County will close its doors permanently at the close of business Saturday, Feb. 10. The center is located at the Lake View Terrace Recreation Center, 11075 Foot Hill Blvd., Lake View Terrace, CA 91342.
