MIDLOTHIAN, Va -- The U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM) will open a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) in Louisa County on Wednesday to help residents and business owners with their recovery from the recent earthquake.
