MIDLOTHIAN, Va. -- Since the counties of Culpeper, Fluvanna, Goochland, Louisa, Orange, Spotsylvania and the City of Fredericksburg have been eligible for Individual Assistance, significant amounts of federal aid have begun to flow into the affected areas. Families, individuals, business owners, and local governments who suffered damage have been approved to receive over a combined $25.2 million in Individual Assistance and Public Assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as well as loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
