AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the State of New Mexico (FEMA-1659-DR), dated August 30, 2006, and related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: September 18, 2006.
