AGENCY:  Federal Emergency Management Agency, DHS.       

ACTION:  Notice.

SUMMARY:  This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the State of California (FEMA-4240-DR), dated September 22, 2015, and related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: September 23, 2015.
