The Office of the Chief Information Officer is pleased to announce the installation of the new Audio Conference Bridge - Due to the expected increase in the utilization of collaboration tools due to a mobile workforce environment; the FEMA OCIO office has upgraded the FEMA Conference Bridge system. This system will provide end users with a more reliable conferencing capability in day to day operations, disaster response activity, and collaboration with other components within DHS.

The Enterprise Conference Bridge is a highly scalable and survivable enterprise information technology system that enables FEMA’s internal staff and agency partners to collaborate via teleconferencing in a real time fashion. This system is available to participants on demand, meaning 24 x 7.  Services provided by the Enterprise Conference Bridge include: meet-me-conferencing, scheduled conferencing, and moderated conferencing.

All existing conference PIN numbers have been preserved and will be available in the new system. To request a new conference bridge pin number, please fill out the form located at http://on.fema.net/employee_tools/it_tools/esd/Pages/confbridgerequest.aspx.

As always - users can report Conference Bridge incidents/issues to ESD Help Desk at (888) 457-3362 or FEMA-Enterprise-Service-Desk@fema.dhs.gov.
