Federal Coordinating Officer Gives Gift Baskets to New Homeowners

Circle, AK-- Federal Coordinating Officer Dolph A. Diemont (L) gives a basket of goods to a disaster survivor family that was severely affected by the flooding as a gesture of kindness. To those who were eligible for assistance, FEMA provided grants for construction materials, coordinated volunteer construction labor from the Mennonites and shared in the community celebration by donating gift baskets to those new homeowners that had total structure losses.
