Freehold, N.J., Jan. 30, 2013 --Naomi Eshleman plots the location of a tree in Freehold on her GPS that may need to be removed due to storm damage from the winds of Hurricane Sandy last October. Each tree must be inspected and plotted to make certain that size requirements are met in order to obtain reimbursement from FEMA's debris removal program for public entities.
