Long Beach, N.Y., Nov. 14, 2012 -- Due to the destruction caused by Hurricane Sandy, many homes of the survivors are without basic life needs such as water, food, and warm clothing, and FEMA along with other national, state, and local agencies set up Disaster Recovery Centers to provide these basic necessities.
