Charleston, W.Va., Nov. 6, 2012 -- GPS units, like the one on the left, are used to keep track of FEMA disaster assistance supplies and the trucks hauling them. This trailer is currently located at Jeager Field here. FEMA is providing commodities such as food and water for residents of West Virginia affected by the deep snow, heavy rains and high winds of Hurricane Sandy.
