New Orleans, La., June 25, 2011 -- Louisiana Recovery Office Environmental Liaison Officer Katherine Zeringue, based upon her earlier work experience with FEMA as a Cultural Resource Specialist, participated in a panel session during the American Library Association Conference with the state librarian and other librarians to speak about what libraries/archives can do to prepare for disasters.
