DR-4129 Greenbook: Sixteen counties in the State of New York were significantly damaged during Severe Storms and Flooding from June 26 through July 4, 2013. The incident was declared a major disaster, FEMA-4129-DR-NY on August 12, 2013. The Greenbook is designed to provide general guidance for environmental and historic compliance, including contact information. It is not intended to be all inclusive of all possible applicable laws, but attempts to list and discuss the requirements routinely encountered for this type of disaster recovery effort.
