Project Description: Project activities include removing and replacing condensing units, plaster, 
insulation, gypsum wallboard, receptacles, incandescent light fixtures, switches, telephone repairs, 
roofing, siding, clay tiles, aluminum gutters and downspouts. In addition, a hazard mitigation proposal 
is included to elevate the existing slabs that the air condensing units and the air conditioner system 
were placed on to one foot above the existing grade, replace the three "regular" receptacles with 
"GFCf' receptacles, and relocate the telephone/data connectors to the top ofthe first floor or to the 
second floor.

Comments: 07/06/06 -FEMA's Programmatic Agreement (PA), dated December 3,2004, provides for expedited project 
review under Section 106 ofthe National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). The scope ofwork as submitted in this PW
