Hazard mitigation will be achieved on the canopy covered handicap walkway between building 1and building 2. Flashing for canopy is inadequate and allows rain water to travel from canopy down to handicap ramp below. Handicap ramp placement allows rain water to flow toward Building 2. Run offfrom canopy needs to be re-routed away from Building 2. The proposed mitigation measure will install flashing at each end ofcanopy to prevent ramwaterrunofffromcanopyfromenteringBuilding2.Workwillalsocovertheinstallationoftwo 10eachdownspouts on Building2sideofcanopy, andacross drain atthe bottomofhandicap rampjustpriorto entrywayfor Building2All work will beperformed inapreviouslydisturbed areawith no indicationofnearbywaterways orotherbodiesofwater.
