drainage canal pipes. Repairs tothefacilities include: replacing 3,200 square feet ofcorrugated 
fiberglasssidingandwoodframingmembersonthe AeratedBio-Filter(ABF); 1,000linearfeetof 
wood framing; replacing 20 feet of metal eave, 30 feet of metal roof flashing/gutter, 20 feet of 
downspout, 4X30 feet translucentfiberglass roofpanel, a24X74 metal roofcanopyand6 squaretube 
columns mountedtoanexisting foundation slab, two90 square foot fiberglass roofpanels; repairing 
100 square feet of tar membrane roofing; and replacing a 4 foot by 8 foot sheet of exterior wood siding, 
516X16inchglasspanes,a24inchdiameterwatertowervent cover. Severalpiecesof equipmentwill 
berepaired using force accountlabor. Datafromflooddamagedcomputerswillberecovered and 
reinstalled inareplacement computersystem. Athreetonairconditioning condensing unitwillbe 
serviced and checked for operability with replacement an option if it is non-repairable. Workto the two 
drainage canal pipesincludes excavating around thepipesandreattaching damaged areas byjoining 
segments using collar clamps, re-filling the excavated area, and providing an asphalt patch in the street 
right-of-wayasnecessary. TheHazardMitigationProposalincludedinthisprojectisto installa 
bracing system using cablebracing attheroof level, thefourtransverse walls(1,3,5and7)andone 
longitudinal wall (C).
