Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) 22051C0135E, dated 03/23/1995, project is located within Zone X, area protected from the 
100-year flood by levee, dyke, or other structure subject to failure or overtopping during larger floods. Project is repair 
building to pre-disaster conditions which is not likely to impact floodplains. Per FEMA flood recovery guidance, dated
