The City of Adversity has employed Arthur Lamb to appraise properties identified for possible acquisition under the Quake River Property Acquisition Project.
Mr. Lamb will inspect the subject property on Friday, July 12, 1998, between the hours of 1:00 and 4:00 p.m., as scheduled during your individual meeting.  You should expect Mr.’s Lamb inspection of your property to last approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
