Overview Public Assistance applicants may use the following debris operations bid sheet as a template when issuing requests for proposals and soliciting contract bids for debris removal work. Use of a standard bid sheet will help Public Assistance applicants to compare and analyze bids, resulting in a more effective procurement process. The bid sheet serves only as a guide for soliciting requests for debris removal services; use of the bid sheet is not a requirement for Public Assistance funding. Please refer to the Debris Operations Contracting and Cost Analysis (Attachment 1) for guidance on complying with procurement requirements established in 44 CFR Part 13, Procurement. Debris Operations Bid Sheet The debris operations bid sheet is presented on the next three pages. The remainder of this section is intentionally left blank.
