American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding recipient registration opened at www.FederalReporting.gov. All funding recipients must register prior to fulfilling their reporting obligations. We encourage early registration so you are prepared for the first reporting period, which opens on October 1, 2009. There are prerequisites for registration which require recipients to obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number from Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) and or to register with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to registering on FederalReporting.gov. If you do not have a DUNS number, visit D&B at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform. If you need a CCR registration, please start the registration process as soon as possible at http://www.ccr.gov. For more information on the pre-requisites for registering, please visit the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Web page, which can be found at www.recovery.gov/?q=content/frequently-asked-questions#recipients. Please do not begin the registration process until you have completed the DUNS and or CCR registration requirements. Along with the FederalReporting.gov Web site, a service desk will be operational to assist in the registration process. Please contact the FederalReporting.gov Service Desk at 877-508-7386 for assistance. Registration will continue through September 30, 2009, with reporting officially beginning on October 1, 2009 through October 10, 2009.
