DHS-Approved Training Courses for the Transit Security Grant Program 

This Information Bulletin supplements Information Bulletin (IB) #243 dated February 28, 2007, which 
addressed security training for front-line employees under the Transit Security Grant Program (TSGP). 
Attached to this IB is an updated Training Matrix containing 14 courses (5 basic Mass Transit Security 
Training courses and 9 follow-on courses) transit systems may request for their front-line employees using an 
expedited process. 

All courses listed on the Training Matrix are approved by the Department of Homeland Security for the 
purposes of the Transit Security Grant Program.
