IED/WMD Electronics Course DHS-003-PROT 2. Underwater Hazardous Device Search Training DHS-019-RESP -Underwater Terrorism Prevention Plans (UTPP) Module Should a State/territory be interested in assuming sponsorship for one or more of these programs, please contact Dennis Sill and/or John Bartleson of DHS OIP at (703) 235-5779/5777, who will provide the contact name and phone number of the appropriate vendor. The States and territories, through the State Administrative Agency (SAA) or their State/territory Training Point of Contact (TPOC), can authorize the offering of these classes three times without further sponsorship. If a State/territory wishes to offer these classes more than three times or on a regular basis with G&T funds, the SAA/TPOC should submit a request for addition to the State Sponsored Course Catalog and thereby become the new course sponsor.
