Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)

Access to IPAWS-OPEN Test System

The steps required to for approval to access IPAWS-OPEN test system include the following: 

. Complete and return this form. This information will be used to populate the MOA document, which will be sent back to you.

. Review the MOA, make any needed updates, sign both the MOA document and Rules of Behavior (ROB), and return the signed MOA (Scanned into PDF or FAX).

. At that point you will be provided with the following:
 – Copy of the fully executed MOA.
 – Information about IPAWS-OPEN Test System Web-Service end-points.
 – Digital Certificate, which is needed to digitally sign SOAP messages.
 – IPAWS-OPEN Web-Service Interface Design Guidance Document
