Huracán Georges, Puerto Rico

Nearly five days after Hurricane Georges struck Puerto Rico, the loss of both water and power has led citizens to be creative. This family has driven nearly 25 miles towards the interior to wash both themselves and their clothes in runoff rainwaters.
