I did not lose a family member or friend but have cried many tears for those who did. I will continue to keep those living & those lost in my prayers & my heartfelt thanks to the rescue teams -- firefighters & policemen -- who continue to watch over all of us.

I ate at the Window's of the World Restaurant 20 years ago when I was in New York. Being from a small Texas town, I remember being amazed at how the planes flew lower than where I stood. I can't even begin to imagine the fear of those trapped in the building on 9-11. I had the honor of working with the Southern Baptist & The Salvation Army in late January 2002. I got to help prepare food and feed the firemen, police, and workers who helped to clear Ground Zero. I grew to love those that I got to visit with. The brotherhood and friendliness of everyone just amazed me. When I viewed Ground Zero, the tears just rolled down my face as I thought of what all had been lost. I felt like I was standing on Holy Ground. To those "left standing", I am so proud of all the you have done. May God bless each one of you.

Such an awe-inspiring photo gallery. The tears flowed uncontrollably for me from the time the first frame opened right up through the end as the last few images of this amazing collection unfolded.

It is so difficult and yet so important to view something like this that honors our country coming together in the face of something so devastating. Please let us all always remember those who lost their lives on September 11th, those involved in the incredible cleanup efforts afterwards, and all those who are out there right now defending that which we cherish most, Our Freedom, Our Liberties..

Peace..

I was reading a magazine one time and I read a very amazing story. It was about a little girl who needed a lung transplant and a fire fighter gave her a lung. The little girl would have died if the very very nice fire fighter wouldn't have gave her one of his lungs .She was planning on seeing him every five years but he died on September 11,2001. She only got to see him once.

To all those who have been here, who lost their lives, who helped save the people and all those still fighting for our country. God Bless You All.
