Hi my name is Angela and I just want to say that I watched the events unfold on TV here in Australia, and I was saddened and shocked at what happened.

Today in Australia on September 11th I still feel what I felt that night, I cannot imagine how everybody who was there or who lost a loved one must feel, today would be like a day relived for those who lost loved ones, I know because I have a lost a son, and the 1st anniversary is like going through it all again.
To all who lost loved ones my heart goes out to you and I understand your pain but remember you have all those memories to hold onto and your loved ones may not be there in sight but they are always there in your minds and your hearts.

To all the police and firefighters who helped in the clean up or may have lost coworkers. GOD BLESS YOU .

Even as I write this I cry to think that a nation could pull together as America did. GOD BLESS YOU ALL !!!!

The impact that 9/11 had on me personally would be that I appreciate family more. I want everyday to count. I pray more. I am thankful I am an American, patriotism is more important. I appreciate our government more. I can't even imagine what so many went through. I wish there was a book big enough for everyone's stories.

God bless America.

Life has changed profoundly, and most Americans are more vigilant of their own surroundings...The great loss that day will never be forgotten, and the heroes that rose to the task are immortally engraved in our hearts and minds. I hope and pray for sweet justice for every single life lost. May God bless all and may he guide us in the swift prosecution of the cowards responsible for 9-11-01. USA Stand Strong and United

The gasp of disbelief when the news came that a plane hit the World Trade Center. We all said that it is such a beautiful day, how could anyone make such a mistake? As we sat, the reality of the situation came clear when the second plane appeared on the horizon. It has been a year since these attacks. We have lived our lives with a heavy thought of what was next, lurking around the corner. Living in Boston, almost everyone knew someone either on the planes, in the Twins, or at the Pentagon. We have persevered, we have survived. The courageous efforts of those who died, as well as those living still, will not be forgotten. There is nothing we can do to change the past, but we can create a better future, a brighter future, a safer future. I love New York, I love America. May those who have perished of the hand of terrorism in Oklahoma City, New York City, and the District of Columbia rest in peace, and know that they were loved.

No words can begin to match the AMERICAN tears still being shed at a whisper of this TRAGIC EVENT !

If only a iota of the emotional energy generated by this dastardly deed could be harnessed, and aimed at the terrorists, the word "terrorists" would now only be found in history journals ! ! !

.................GOD BLESS "OUR" AMERICA......................
